Hi! I’m Keyonna, the office manager at Children’s Dentistry of Morristown and the behind-the-scenes magic that keeps everything running smoothly. With over 20 years in the dental world, I’m your go-to for scheduling, billing, insurance questions, and making sure parents feel informed and stress-free. I love working with kids and supporting families from check-in to check-out. When I’m not holding the office together, I’m busy being a proud mom of two and dog mom, shopping, or finding my next favorite place to eat.
Dionne has been in the dental world since 1995 and has proudly called Children’s Dentistry of Morristown home for the past 10 years. She began her career as a dental assistant before becoming a patient care coordinator, where she truly shines. From the moment families first speak to her on the phone to the second they walk through our doors, Dionne makes everyone feel welcomed and at ease. She also expertly schedules our OR cases, keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. A proud mom of two adult children and a familiar local face, Dionne is the friendly voice and calming presence families know and trust.
Roseann has been the heartbeat of our front desk for over 15 years, and if you’ve spoken to us on the phone or walked through the door, chances are you’ve already felt her big, bubbly energy. Passionate, sincere, and endlessly helpful, she keeps our days running smoothly by assisting with scheduling, running numbers, and coordinating OR cases like a pro.
When she’s not keeping the office in line, Roseann is a hands-on, fiercely protective grandma to her two little girls and an amazing photographer who loves capturing special moments. Known for her loud laugh, excitement, and lots of stories, she brings warmth, joy, and a whole lot of personality to everyone she meets.
Sonia has been a valued dental assistant for 30 years and with our team for 15 years, bringing high energy, big smiles, and lots of laughter to every visit. Fluent in Spanish, she has a natural gift for connecting with families and making even our littlest patients feel safe, comfortable, and excited to be here.
Known for her bubbly personality and joyful spirit, Sonia always remembers her patients—and their stories—which makes every visit feel personal and familiar. Outside the office, she enjoys spending time with her fiancé of 25 years, especially going out to eat and watching movies together. Deeply family-oriented, Sonia is also very involved with her niece and nephew. Her warmth, enthusiasm, and genuine care make her a favorite among kids, parents, and our entire team.
Michele has been a dedicated dental assistant with our team for 22 years and is known for her calm nature, gentle presence, and unwavering work ethic. Exceptionally organized and endlessly helpful, she has a special, quiet touch—especially when caring for patients with special needs—helping them feel safe, supported, and at ease.
Lovingly nicknamed our “octopus assistant,” Michele somehow manages to do it all at once, making even the busiest days run smoothly. Outside of the office, she is married, has a son, and is a proud husky mom to two energetic pups. When she’s not at work, Michele loves spending time outdoors. Her dedication, kindness, and steady calm make her an invaluable part of our team.
Grace has been part of the CDM family since 2000 and loves helping kids feel relaxed and confident in the dental chair. She enjoys getting to know each child by chatting about their interests, hobbies, and big dreams, creating meaningful friendships with both kids and parents along the way.
With experience working in the handicapped program at Morristown Medical Center, Grace is especially passionate about caring for children and adults with special needs. Your child is always in kind, patient, and experienced hands with Grace.

Joanne has been a valued member of the CDM family for 30 years! She has worked with both adults and kids in her dental career. It wasn’t until temping in a pediatric office many years ago, she found her true passion. The “Smiles come all day long with the kids!”
Helping kids feel valued, respected, safe and confident at the Dentist is the best part of the day.
Joanne is certified to work with Children and Adults of “ALL ABILITIES.” We, as an office take pride in our capabilities in this area.
Joanne was trained in a specialized area of microbiology using a Phase Contrast Microscope to collect and study samples of patients’ oral plaque. Today, she still incorporates this knowledge in her oral home-care and education with her patients.
Outside the office Joanne is a proud Mom of two young adults and a dog mom to Bubba and Scooby. She is a fitness, nutrition and health enthusiast incorporating this into her love of cooking and baking.
Ashlee has been part of the CDM family since 2018 and is passionate about making every child feel seen, heard, and comfortable at the dentist. Her approach is simple: patience, giggles, and gentle care for every kind of brain. With her ADHD + OCD brain, she understands the power of flexibility and creativity—helping kids who need a little extra support feel truly at ease. Known as a “tooth nerd” with a silly side, she loves turning checkups into fun, memorable experiences that kids actually look forward to. A lifelong student and crunchy mama, she’s always exploring the best tools, clean ingredients, and holistic options to support healthy, happy smiles. Outside the office, you’ll find her with her husband, son, and dog—traveling, laughing, and hunting down the best gluten-free bites around.
